Tic Tac Toe Instructions
Player one chooses a color, then draws a card and reads it. Player one then places his/her chip on an empty square. The players take turns reading cards and putting their chips on empty squares. The first player to get 3 of his/her chips in a row (up, down, across, or diagonally) is the winner. If all 9 squares are full without anyone getting three in a row, the game is over. It is a tie.
